MUNDANIJE is the only village without beaches. It is situated in the fruitful valley below the Kamenjak hill. This is a starting point for trekking to the highest peak on the island / only 408m high Kamenjak, where from you can delight in a view on the old town Rab and the neighbouring islands. Don't forget your camera! This fertile valley gives veggies and fruits. Most of the greenery on the local market comes from here. Nature lovers and health food fans will want to stay in Mundanije. Sea is anyway, only a few kilometres away.
Restaurant Dionis in the village highly recommended, also popular with guests from the whole island.
